The child lagged behind first, when he was attracted by the toys; then he tried to catch the dragon flies; then he was observing the little insects and worms. After that, he was busy gathering the raining petals in the grove.

When the child saw the crowd moving towards the fair he felt repelled and fascinated by the confusion of the world he was entering.

The child was wandering in the fair and he reached near a roundabout.He requested his parents for permission but when there was no response to his request,he turned to look at his parents. He looked in all directions but couldn’t find his parents.Thus he realise that he was lost.

The child was uninterested in everything he wanted earlier because he had lost his parents in the crowd and he was desperate to find them.

When the man told him to listen to the snake charmer’s music,the child shut his ears with his fingers and shouted,” I want my mother,i want my father.”
