When I visited with my family, we saw a variety of birds like flamingos, pelicans, and cranes. We took a peaceful boat ride to watch the birds up close and learned that many of them come from faraway places like Siberia. The sanctuary’s calm environment and rich birdlife made the visit special, and it reminded me how important it is to protect nature and wildlife.

The sanctuary is a haven for bird lovers and nature enthusiasts, as it offers a peaceful and refreshing environment.
Last winter, I visited Nal Sarovar with my family. We reached early in the morning to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and see the birds at their most active time. As we entered the sanctuary, the first thing that caught our attention was the large lake, surrounded by greenery. We could see hundreds of birds flying over the lake and resting on the water’s surface.
To get a closer look at the birds, we hired a boat. The boat ride was a wonderful experience as it allowed us to explore the lake and its surrounding areas. We saw many birds, including flamingos, pelicans, cranes, and ducks. Our guide told us that some of the birds come from distant places like Siberia to spend the winter here. It was fascinating to watch these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat, peacefully coexisting with one another.
The sanctuary also had many informative signboards that helped us learn more about the birds and their migration patterns. The calm environment and the sight of so many different bird species made the trip truly special.
Visiting Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary was a memorable experience. It made me realize the importance of protecting such natural habitats to preserve wildlife. I hope to visit again and explore more of its beauty.
